Bob Hudson's Bitter
Named in honour of Kentishman John “Bob” Hudson who had the patience to teach me how to brew the old way.
A traditional ‘ordinary bitter’ with an aromatic and hoppy nose, a fruity and refreshing pallet that carries from front to back compliment its subtle, reserved bitterness.
Brewed using floor-malted Maris Otter and pale crystal malts with generous additions of Slovenian hop flowers.
